General inmate visitations are now offered on Saturday Only. Work release inmate visitations are offered on Sunday Only. See JAIL/CORRECTIONS for more information.
Due to budget constraints, deer carcass pickup has been suspended in Barry County until further notice, by the Solid Waste Oversight Committee.
Sheriff leaf invites you to the child car seat safety inspection, on Saturday September 17th from 10am till 2 pm at the Barry County Transit building, located on the corner of industrial park drive and State Street.
Deer carcass pick up has been reinstated by the Barry County Solid Waste Oversight Committee. Citizens may report the location of a deer carcass to the Sheriff's Office at 948-4801.
