February 2007 Each year the Posse members elect one person as the Posse member of the year. This is the individual that they feel has gone “above and beyond” their regular duties, have put in extra hours, and/or has conducted themselves in an outstanding manner. The 2007 Posse Member of the Year is Orv Stevens. Orv has been a member since 1975 as a Horse member. He has served on the executive board as Warrant Officer, and Lieutenant, he also was the quartermaster for several years. Congratulations Orv |
